As a Japanese Games Linguist, you will be responsible for translating and transcreating player support, community and in-game content from English into Japanese for mobile games. This role requires native-level Japanese language skills, a passion for the gaming industry, and educational qualifications in linguistics.

**Responsibilities: 
  • Translate/trans create in-game, player support and community content from English to Japanese to a high-quality standard
  • Perform quality assurance tasks in various published content (games, websites, etc.)
  • Ensure all linguistic aspects of translations meet high standards
  • Suggest process improvements to deliver optimal translation quality
  • Collaborate with linguists on cross-group quality objectives
**Requirements:

Native-level Japanese language skills

Possession of relevant qualifications in linguistics or related fields

Excellent verbal and written linguistic skills in both Japanese and English
