Job Title: Junior Automotive Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Automotive Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a first-class experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Determining and diagnosing car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.
- Translating customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Ordering necessary parts from suppliers and double-checking that they are delivered to technicians.
- Ensuring that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.
- Invoicing and collecting payment from customers for services rendered.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic technical knowledge of cars and willingness to learn more.
- Previous customer service experience is desired but not essential.
