Keary's Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled candidate to join its team. We are currently looking for a full-time Junior Service Advisor to work in Kearys Renault based in Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork.

This role involves providing excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and diagnosing car issues based on customer descriptions and vehicle conditions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Greeting customers and offering exceptional customer service
  • Determining and diagnosing car issues
  • Translating customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians
  • Ordering necessary parts from suppliers and ensuring they are delivered to technicians
  • Ensuring that automotive work meets company quality standards
  • Invoicing and collecting payment from customers for services rendered
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services
  • Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer databases
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport, trust, and credibility with customers
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and motivations
  • The ability to present products and services enthusiastically and with conviction
  • A technical understanding or background
  • A full, clean driving license
