Conference & Banqueting Service Role
Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conference & Banqueting Waiter to join our team. As a Conference & Banqueting Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of conference and banqueting events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up assigned function rooms, stations, and tables according to hotel specifications and group requirements.
  • Retrieve and serve orders to guest tables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas and equipment.
  • Handle cash transactions in accordance with company policy.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of guests and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Previous bar experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene regulations is required.
  • Cash handling experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
