Administrative Compliance Officer

About the Role:
The Legal & Compliance Administrator will play a vital role supporting the legal team across transaction, company secretarial, and insurance functions.
This position offers valuable experience in a global aviation company while developing skills in legal administration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic document databases ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, indexing, and filing of transaction files and legal documentation.
- Oversee contracts administration including creation and updating of transaction files.
- Coordinate distribution of transaction documentation to joint venture partners, customers, sales representatives, external legal counsel, and internal teams.
- Maintain general legal files, company records, group spreadsheets, and databases.
- Perform various administrative duties such as file setup, courier coordination, and archiving.
Support the compliance team with:
- KYC due diligence, watchlist screenings, and trade route assessments.
- Compliance reporting and management of policies and procedures.
- Monitoring regulatory changes, assisting with staff compliance training, and supporting general compliance activities.
Requirements:
- A qualification in Business, Compliance, or Law.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with CRM and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
- Strong time management skills and experience handling file management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to structure and manage documents efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- High attention to detail and strong risk awareness.
