Insurance Administrator CREGG are seeking a driven and organised Insurance Administrator to join our clients team on a permanent basis at their Ennis office. The Insurance Administrator role involves handling policy documentation, processing renewals, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations role. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the administration of general insurance policies, including new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent client support. Process policy documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Maintain up-to-date records on internal systems and ensure all client information is accurate and confidential. Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth policy management. Support the sales and advisory team in preparing quotes and policy details for customers. Assist in claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer requests. Keep up to date with insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in an insurance administration preferred. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using insurance software (preferred). A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Knowledge of general insurance products and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
