Job Role Summary

This position involves performing various tasks including inventory analysis and control, purchasing and planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of new and revised forms, as well as phasing out and destroying obsolete items and residual stock.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients by leveraging knowledge of industry trends, company systems, and products to sell new or additional services.
  • Participating in internal/external meetings with clients and focus groups to plan and execute Purchase Orders (PO) to specifications while maintaining quality of work product.
  • Demonstrating a basic understanding of select materials and/or clients to initiate and obtain pricing/bids from vendors.
  • Notifying vendors of material discrepancies and serving as primary contact for vendor disputes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
  • Print and/or Warehouse Inventory Management
