Commercial Monetisation Specialist

Create strategic revenue growth for a product used by thousands of businesses and millions of consumers. Our platform powers over 11,000 hair and beauty salons worldwide.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth by embedding monetisation strategies into the product development process.
  • You will ensure that monetisation is baked into the product lifecycle with potential revenue impact considered from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute monetisation strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure monetisation is a core consideration in product scoping and roadmap prioritisation.
  • Design and operationalise pricing models by creating packaging, launch playbooks, and clear enablement strategies.
  • Drive product packaging and alignment with billing systems, sales materials, and global/regional product configurations.
  • Partner across product, product marketing, and commercial teams to build and execute Go-To-Market plans for new monetised features.
  • Act as the commercial point of contact for Grow (CX sales) teams - running workshops, demos, and training to support upsell and adoption.
  • Monitor performance dashboards, identify trends, and investigate key drivers behind revenue and usage patterns.
  • Lead regular reporting within the Product org and contribute to executive-level updates on monetised product lines.
  • Identify key customer cohorts with strong monetisation potential in collaboration with product and regional leaders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product-led commercial roles within SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen: understands revenue levers, pricing mechanics, and customer value drivers.
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, sales, and finance.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguity.
  • Empathy for the customer and frontline teams; confident engaging directly with clients as needed.
  • Organised & proactive - thrives in fast-moving environments.
