Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the revenue management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through proactive selling and effective conversion of all enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting sales targets and growing revenue in the hospitality industry. You will oversee the revenue team and develop a positive and collaborative working relationship with the senior management team.
Pricing strategy development and management of sales initiatives relating to revenue growth in the property will also be a key responsibility. The successful candidate will be an experienced revenue manager within the hospitality industry or an assistant revenue manager looking for their first management role.
