
Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for collaborating with our experienced account executives to develop effective prospecting strategies, identifying high-potential companies that can benefit from our solutions, and crafting compelling outreach messaging to engage with key decision-makers.
Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and positioning our solution as the best fit for their business requirements. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure our sales strategy remains competitive and effective.
Requirements- Fluency in German and English
- 1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role (inbound or outbound)
- A motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, coachable, and eager to grow your career in SaaS sales
- Hybrid work model - 2 days/week remote
