Key Role in Commercial Enablement

About the Opportunity

This pivotal role plays a critical part in how our company generates revenue from research and development efforts. As Product Lead for Commercial Enablement, you will ensure that revenue considerations are embedded into product development, taking potential impact into account from the outset.

Working closely with Product Managers, Pricing, Product Marketing, and commercial teams, you will shape packaging, positioning, launch readiness, and ongoing enablement to drive growth and adoption.

The successful candidate will thrive on figuring things out, working collaboratively across functions, and running workshops, analyzing performance dashboards, and delivering hands-on support to commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Embed Monetization in Product Development: Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize monetization considerations in product scoping and roadmap planning.
  • Translate Pricing into GTM Reality: Operationalize pricing models with the Pricing Lead by designing packaging, launch playbooks, and clear enablement strategies.
  • Drive Product Packaging: Own and maintain the internal package catalogue, aligning with billing systems, sales materials, and global/regional product configurations.
  • Launch Planning & Execution: Partner with product, product marketing, and commercial teams to build and execute Go-To-Market plans for new features.
  • Regional Enablement: Support Grow teams as the commercial point of contact, running workshops, demos, and training to facilitate upsell and adoption.
  • Revenue & Adoption Insights: Monitor performance dashboards, identify trends, and investigate key drivers behind revenue and usage patterns.
  • Performance Reporting: Lead regular reporting within the Product org and contribute to executive-level updates on monetized products.
  • Customer & Segment Targeting: Identify key customer cohorts with strong monetization potential in collaboration with product and regional leaders.
  • Support Testing & Iteration: Partner with regional teams to test sales motions, messaging, and activation tactics, bringing learnings back to product and marketing.
  • Be the Voice of the Field: Gather structured feedback from commercial teams to inform roadmap prioritization and product refinements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product-led commercial roles within SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, understanding revenue levers, pricing mechanics, and customer value drivers.
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, sales, and finance.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution, e.g., workshops, playbooks, demos.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to align stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguity.
  • Empathy for customers and frontline teams, confident engaging directly with clients as needed.
  • Organized and proactive, thriving in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in the hair and beauty industry is a plus but not essential.
