Lead People & Change Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead People & Change Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for leading major consulting engagements and managing complex challenges.

This role involves making strategic decisions, working alongside senior leadership teams, and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored solutions. You will also be expected to share knowledge and experience in Organisational Design and Strategic Workforce Planning, contributing to the continued development of our offerings in these areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading on the delivery of major consulting engagements in Organisational Development
  • Managing complex challenges and delivering tailored solutions
  • Making strategic decisions and working alongside senior leadership teams
  • Collaborating with clients to deliver results-driven solutions

You will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, focused on change management, organisational design, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
