Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering expert technical support and guidance worldwide. Key responsibilities include managing network infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and participating in special IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage network infrastructure and troubleshoot issues with servers, storage, and virtual machines.
  • Take a lead technical role in server, storage, and network planning, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Participate in special IT projects, such as research, migrations, and deploying new products.
  • Manage identity and access management tools, including Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, Google Workspace, and various IAM solutions.
  • Implement cloud-based tools and services, including Azure, GCP, AWS, M365, Slack, and PagerDuty.
  • Set up and support endpoint management and protection tools, update management, and configuration management.
  • Develop and update IT policies and ensure compliance with GIS regulations.
  • Provide documentation for configurations and procedures, and offer mentorship and support to other IT team members.
  • Promote AI productivity tools and provide global desktop support for on-site and remote users.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
  • Experience managing Atlassian applications, server, storage, and network administration.
  • Proven experience with identity and access management, cloud services, and virtual machine deployment.
  • Excellent scripting and automation skills, and strong technical documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
