Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work with leading aircraft manufacturers to drive reliability improvement into our operation, participate in reviews with global operators and influence reliability priorities.

The ideal candidate will work within a dedicated team and provide support in the following areas:

  • The review and analysis of maintenance data relating to components and systems, the identification and resolution of reliability alerts, and identification of solutions for repetitive delay causes.
  • Perform detailed cost/benefit analysis of reliability improvement options and make solid recommendations to direct manager.
  • Review of manufacturer and OEM Service Bulletins relating to reliability improvements and make recommendations on benefits of their implementation in the fleet. Liaise with aircraft manufacturers on resolution of technical issues.
  • Analysis of aircraft dispatch reliability and creation of technical reports.
Requirements
  • Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Good technical knowledge of the B737NG, A320 and B737-8200 aircraft.
  • Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of AMOS would be preferable.
  • Computer literate, with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and ability to deliver results to tight timelines.
