**Job Summary**

Reliability Engineering Manager

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient running and continuous improvement of our production assets. You will work closely with operations managers to lead and develop a team of technicians, achieving high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability engineering program for our chocolate manufacturing plants.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and assessments to identify potential reliability issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Analyse equipment failure data to identify trends and patterns and develop strategies to improve equipment reliability.
  • Lead breakdown analysis and root cause analysis investigations to identify underlying causes of equipment failures and develop effective corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to proactively identify and address potential equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong operational leadership experience in CPG industry with knowledge of 5s, LEAN, and 6 sigma tools and concepts, as well as safety and GMP standards.
  • Engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, progressive maintenance expertise, spare parts management, and SAP PM module end user knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to drive change.
