Job Title: Strategic Business Insights Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to fill the role of Strategic Business Insights Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining data models, visualizations, and reporting tools to drive business growth.
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, market changes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with senior management to prepare data-driven presentations and reports for corporate stakeholders.
  • Providing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc analysis and insights across all business areas.
  • Working closely with Sales teams to maximize forecast accuracy and identify early changes at customer or market level.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with extensive data mining and analytics expertise.
  • Excellent numerical skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence packages (e.g., Qlik Sense, PowerBI) and Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
  • Third-level qualification or Bachelor's degree in a Business Discipline.
