Part-Time Evening Facilities Coordinator
Job Description:- We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Evening Facilities Coordinator.
- This role is based on 18 hours per week, working pattern: Tuesday to Friday from 14:45 to 21:15 (depending on the event).
- The ideal candidate will have strong facilities and caretaking experience, capable of supporting evening operations including light maintenance, room setups for events, general building upkeep, and acting as a point of contact for on-site queries.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding and actioning planned reactive building repairs and responding to queries from staff and visitors.
- Supporting events, meeting room arrangements, and removal of discarded materials.
- Ensuring that basic facilities such as water and heating are well-maintained.
- Monitoring and escalating issues that may arise with mechanical and electrical services (fire alarm, plumbing, HVAC systems).
- Performing DIY tasks as required.
- Office and churn management, relocation of furniture, as well as meeting and event room set ups.
- Taking ownership and being accountable for all aspects of the role ensuring tasks delivery is within timeframe, high quality, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Front of House Reception experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
- Personal presentation must be of a high standard.
