Conference and Banqueting Supervisor Job Description">

The Conference and Banqueting Supervisor is a key role that oversees the smooth operation of all conference and banqueting events at our luxury hotel. This includes managing the function of all departmental employees, facilities, sales, and costs to ensure maximum profitability.

As a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor, you will work closely with the Conference and Banqueting Manager to assist in the preparation, presentation, and service of banquet food and beverage products to the highest quality standards.

You will also be responsible for inspecting equipment, technical equipment, linen, silver, china, and other items to ensure they are in good working order.

">

Additionally, you will assist in developing formal training plans and conducting on-the-job training sessions for departmental employees.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Assist the Conference and Banqueting Manager in supervising departmental staff and ensuring excellent guest service.">
  • Manage the preparation, presentation, and service of banquet food and beverage products to the highest quality standards.">
  • Inspect and maintain all departmental equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working order.">
  • Develop and implement formal training plans for departmental employees.">
