Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are currently recruiting for a Registered General Nurse to join our Community Intervention Team.

  • Administration of IV antibiotics is a key responsibility of the role.
  • Acute anticoagulation management requires a high level of skill and expertise.
  • Urinary related care, including SPC care and flushes, is an essential part of the job.
  • Ostomy Care is also a critical aspect of the role.
  • Medication Management involves administering medication safely and effectively.
  • Enhanced Nurse Monitoring requires a strong focus on patient safety and well-being.
  • Care of patients with respiratory illness demands a high level of skill and knowledge.
  • Acute wound care and dressings require a great deal of expertise.

The ideal candidate will have NMBI registration in good standing and preferably a minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience within an acute setting.

Requirements:
  • NMBI registration in good standing is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience within an acute setting is preferable.
  • Oncology experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Both technical and professional expertise are necessary for success in this role.
