We are seeking a skilled Product Creation Specialist to prepare products for both the conformal coating process and post-coating processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Masking circuit boards and medical devices for preparation of the conformal coating process.
- Processing parts through conformal coating equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with quality management system documentation requirements.
- Working independently and collaboratively to achieve targets.
- Carrying out duties in a safe, clean, and efficient manner while adhering to operating procedures.
- Conducting visual and in-process inspections.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of statistical tools.
- Previous experience working with PCBs in an ESD-controlled environment.
- Previous experience working in a clean room environment.
