Dynamic Building Designer

As a Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various stages of project execution. This includes Health & Safety and Design Team Coordination, Revit/BIM Design, Detailed Design, Local Authority Approvals, Construction Stage Support, and Project Handover.
Our team works on a diverse range of projects across different sectors including Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Industrial, Education, Health, Commercial, and Residential. The role offers excellent prospects for professional growth through skill development in complementary roles such as Project Engineering and Project Management.
- Minimum Level 8 Degree in Structural Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Structural Design is necessary.
Key skills and qualifications include designing building structures using reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, proprietary roofing and cladding products, composite floors, foundations, pile caps, retaining structures, site investigations, technical reports, tender and construction drawings, inspecting construction works, preparing site reports, coordinating designs with other disciplines, familiarity with Irish Building Regulations, Health & Safety Regulations, Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), team roles, standard industry practices and procedures, planning, organisation, implementation, concurrent tasks and projects, self-motivation, accuracy, flexibility, enthusiasm, attention to detail.
