Job Title:

Building Design Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled building design specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the engineering design team in the preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings.
  • Conduct building and site surveying tasks as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications.
  • Work closely with the team to lead the design of small and large-scale projects.
  • Modify and improve existing designs to facilitate ease of construction.
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in architectural technology/construction/engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of REVIT experience.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and draughting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
