Senior Leadership Role Opportunity

This is a rare chance to lead and shape a dynamic, future-facing brand. As one of the fastest-growing segments in the telecoms market, you will take full accountability for the brand's performance, leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences.

The role requires a blend of visionary leadership and hands-on execution. You'll manage the P&L, own the commercial roadmap, and inspire high-performing teams to deliver results in a highly competitive market.

Proven experience leading and scaling a digital-first brand is essential. You must have a minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and empowering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong cross-functional leadership, ideally in commercial, product, or digital roles
  • High-level understanding of emerging digital and mobile technology trends
  • Demonstrated passion for customer experience and user-centric thinking
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering against KPIs and improving profitability
  • Strategic planning capability with measurable impact
