Job Title: Senior PMO Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned PMO Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. As a Senior PMO Professional, you will play a key role in supporting our project managers in delivering large-scale projects and programmes on time, within budget, and in line with our methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans and roadmaps across all project lifecycle stages in adherence with our frameworks and methodologies.
• Track and update project change requests, issues, risks, and dependencies, engaging with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed and current project status is accurately reflected.
• Coordinate internal and external communication to relevant stakeholders to enable efficient two-way flow of information within and outside the project team.
• Document project progress for steering and other stakeholders - including status, risks, costs, and benefits. Provide updates and escalations on key project metrics to enable overall project reporting to senior management and the Leadership Team.
• Execute project financial activities.
• Provide day-to-day active support to Project Managers, Programme Managers, Platform Leads or Portfolio Managers as required.
• May manage other PMOs depending on the size and scale of the project.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in a PMO Analyst role.
• Involvement in a Change project or programme.
• Relevant professional qualification in Project Management preferred but not required (e.g. PMP, Prince 2).
• People leadership experience preferred but not essential.
