Delivering successful projects requires meticulous planning and execution. As a seasoned professional in the field of project management, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our large-scale projects and programs are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our project managers by developing and maintaining an overall project/program plan and roadmap across all project lifecycle stages. This will involve tracking and updating project change requests, issues, risks, and dependencies, engaging with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed and current project status is accurately reflected.

  • Develop and maintain an overall project/program plan and roadmap across all project lifecycle stages.
  • Track and update project change requests, issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Document project progress for steering and other stakeholders.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in a PMO Analyst role.
  • Involvement in a Change project or program.
  • Relevant professional qualification in Project Management preferred but not required.
  • People leadership experience preferred but not essential.
