Job Title: Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced inventory manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our inventory, ensuring that all stock levels are accurately maintained and that our customers receive their orders on time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the daily operation of our inventory management system, including receipting, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Stock Control: Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained at all times, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Order Fulfillment: Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, meeting customer expectations.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with suppliers to optimize supply chain efficiency, reducing costs and improving delivery times.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze regular reports on inventory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software.
