Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking a skilled Production Lead to oversee production operations and drive excellence in equipment usage, process improvement, and team performance.
About the Job- Manage day-to-day production activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet delivery schedules and inventory targets.
- Ensure efficient use of resources (materials, equipment, personnel).
- Maintain quality standards and minimize downtime through monitoring and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, preferably in Injection Moulding/Polymers, and strong knowledge of production processes and equipment. They should also possess 5+ years experience in a manufacturing/operations role, proven leadership and people management skills, and understanding of quality systems, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Team Management: Lead and support the development, training, and performance of the production team.
- Resource Allocation: Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engineering degree in Injection Moulding/Polymers or related field.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing/operations role.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Understanding of quality systems, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.
