About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing Front Office team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction ratings.
  • Anticipate and exceed guests' expectations through outstanding service and proactive communication.
  • Ensure seamless arrival and departure procedures, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
  • Manage reservation calls with precision, delivering premium guest care at every interaction.
  • Support the development of the Reception Team, promoting effective systems and best practices.
  • Oversee room allocation and collaborate with Accommodation to ensure timely availability.
  • Promote Marriott brand initiatives and compliance with SOPs and standards.
  • Upsell hotel amenities, outlets, and local activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate filing and administration within the Front Office department.
A Little Bit About You
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Front Office Manager or 2 years at supervisor level in a busy hotel environment.
  • Familiarity with Front Office systems, including Opera Cloud experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • A proven background in leading or supporting teams, focusing on training and development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Impeccable organisational and administrative abilities.
