Estimator Position

We are seeking a skilled estimator to fill a key role in our construction team.

As an estimator, you will play a critical part in helping us secure new projects and drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, taking into account all relevant factors such as materials, labor, and equipment costs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate and comprehensive project estimates using your knowledge of industry best practices and our company's estimating guidelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure that estimates meet the required standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, product prices, and other relevant data to ensure that estimates remain current and effective.
  • Work closely with our design team to review design options and recommend the most cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyze historical data to identify patterns and trends that can inform our estimating processes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in project delivery, including estimating and cost management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management software and other relevant tools.
