Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our Flight Operations team in Dublin.

Role Summary

  • As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling training activities for pilots throughout Europe.
  • Key duties include coordinating with other units, maintaining records, administering data and documents, booking travel and accommodation, and rostering training and flight duties.
  • You will work closely with the team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Scheduling of pilot training activities and maintenance of records.
  2. Administration of data and training documents, as well as tracking errors.
  3. Booking and organization of travel and accommodation for instructors and trainees.
  4. Rostering of training and flight duties to Ryanair pilots.
  5. Ensure that scheduling and rostering processes are compliant with all industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven data entry, PC, and administrative skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in aviation or crew management is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A qualification in operations, logistics, or aviation management would be advantageous.
