Total Rewards Specialist

This role involves the design, implementation and administration of compensation systems.

  • Evaluate job roles to ensure equity and competitiveness
  • Conduct market benchmarking exercises for ROI and International staff to ensure market competitive pay ranges which align with our Pay Policy
  • Manage salary planning and budgeting processes
  • Design, implement and maintain pay structures in programme countries

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, 3-5 years experience in designing Total Rewards systems and qualification in compensation and benchmarking.

Candidates must be able to communicate complex pay information clearly to different audiences and demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are required.
