
Senior Human Resources Strategic Advisor

Job Summary
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to designated business groups, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
\The ideal candidate will possess excellent diplomacy, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills. You will also have a strong understanding of employee relations, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing priorities and deadlines.
\As a Senior HR Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing people strategy with respective business leaders to drive outcomes in employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, culture, change management, and alignment with organizational goals, policies, and initiatives.\
- Working closely with senior leaders within the functional group as a coach and mentor, and collaborating with leaders to develop and monitor career path plans for employees, including compensation plans and performance goals.\
- Providing consultative HR solutions within designated business groups, and developing and executing HR strategies, goals, objectives, and projects to support organizational growth, people development, and increased engagement and retention.\
- Partnering with senior leaders as a coach and mentor, and collaborating to develop and monitor career path plans, including compensation plans and performance goals.\
- Supporting leadership in building a culture of open communication and feedback that cascades through all levels, and cultivating positive relationships with leaders and employees to reinforce organizational culture.\
- Advising and coaching employees and leadership on HR practices, assessing, diagnosing, and developing solutions to organizational challenges within designated business groups.\
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions), managing and resolving complex employee relations issues with proper investigations and recommended actions.\
- Maintaining knowledge of applicable laws and employment standards to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance, and developing, implementing, and administering new HR initiatives; introducing policies and process changes as needed.\
- Collaborating with the HR team and department managers on recruitment needs and fulfillment, gathering and analyzing HR metrics data, ensuring cross-border consistency in handling ER issues where legally allowable and reporting on performance management trends; conducting thorough investigations when required and providing findings and recommended actions.\
- Ensuring adherence to organizational policies on sharing confidential HR/employee information, and providing direction, coaching, and mentorship to the team; aligning other HRBPs/HRGs with the strategy by assigning tasks as needed.\
- Supporting team development through coaching, feedback, and training opportunities, and collaborating with employees and leadership during performance management, meeting KPAs and career development planning.\
