Site Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated specialist to lead our site acquisition efforts in Germany. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing optimal rental locations for mobile antenna sites on behalf of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Location Sourcing: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords
  • New Acquisitions: Reaching out to potential landlords and managing the process from initial contact to contract signing
  • Negotiations: Successfully negotiating and signing lease agreements
  • Data Management: Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrack
  • Site Visits: Visiting potential or already acquired sites when necessary

Your Ideal Profile

You will be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills, able to build partnerships with landlords and ensure that lease agreements are successfully completed. You should have a passion for new customer acquisition and be open-minded and communicative.
