Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to facilitate asset criticality assessments, assess project change controls from an asset management perspective, and complete asset data build and transfer to the CMMS team for upload.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the field of asset management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough asset criticality assessments to inform decision-making.
  • Evaluate project change controls from a comprehensive asset management viewpoint.
  • Develop and maintain accurate asset data, ensuring seamless transfer to the CMMS team.
  • Promote adherence to local and global engineering and asset management standards during asset setup and handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering qualification with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in projects/asset management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project engineering/commissioning on large capital projects.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, equipment handover, and asset management processes.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
