Are you a highly skilled technical professional looking for a challenging role? This could be the ideal opportunity. We are seeking a Technical Lead to act as the backbone of our technical delivery team and the go-to escalation point.

This is an exciting chance to join a fast-growing client, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) with ambitious plans. They are technically led and have a strong focus on innovation and excellence.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in MSP environments, ideally working with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and hands-on expertise in Azure, SonicWall firewalls, Office 365, Windows Server/Active Directory, Networking, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as L3 escalation for complex technical issues, freeing senior leadership to focus on strategy and growth
  • Deliver client projects: Azure deployments, site-to-site VPNs, firewall configurations, Office 365 migrations, and hybrid cloud transitions
  • Work directly with SMEs as their single technical point of contact, providing expert guidance and support
  • Partner with sales and management on pre-sales and solution design, driving business growth and revenue
  • Mentor L2 engineers and support their development, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles
