Project Manager in Fit Out

We are seeking a seasoned Fit Out Project Manager to oversee all fit-out projects in the Limerick area, ensuring they meet client expectations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff for seamless operations.

The successful candidate will develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. They will also facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and implement health and safety regulations and ensure compliance on-site.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role is essential.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices is required.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively are necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards is vital.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of fit-out projects from start to finish.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
