Finance Administrator Position Available

We are seeking an accomplished Accounts Technician to oversee the day-to-day finance function of a dynamic business based in the Carlow / Kilkenny Border region.
This fully onsite position offers flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week. As a key member of the management team, you will take ownership of wages, accounts administration, and supplier management.
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 25 employees using Thesaurus Payroll software.
- Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit ROS returns.
- Manage company banking, including lodgements and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support management with ad hoc finance and administration duties.
Candidate Requirements:
- Accounting Technician qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong payroll experience, ideally with Thesaurus Payroll.
- Good working knowledge of ROS and general accounting practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance function, including managing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations, preparing and submitting ROS returns, and maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
