About the Sales Development Representative Role
This hybrid role combines the benefits of remote and office work, offering flexibility and work-life balance while fostering collaboration and innovation. Based in Dublin, Ireland, you'll join our Sales Development team and play a key role in accelerating growth and customer value.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification and Development: Utilize strong communication and discovery skills to qualify and develop leads, representing LinkedIn as the first point of contact with clients.
- Sales Skill Enhancement: Participate in LinkedIn's Sales Academy training program to hone your sales techniques and skills.
- Collaboration with Account Executives: Build close relationships with Account Executives, working together to achieve success for our business.
- Account Planning and Prioritization: Effectively plan and prioritize accounts using LinkedIn's platforms and insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes.
- Personal Growth and Development: Maximize your growth through regular coaching sessions with your manager and team.
- Results-Focused: Drive individual and team results, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Culture and Values Alignment: Embody LinkedIn's culture and values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in German and business fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in SaaS, sourcing, or lead generation roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills.
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and navigate ambiguity.
- Able to collect and apply data to inform decision-making and persuade others.
- Able to craft compelling strategies that drive results with attention to detail.
