Job Title: Senior Associate Capital Markets, 5+ PQE

Description:

  • We are seeking a senior Finance Lawyer to join our market leading firm.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' PQE in Finance/Capital Markets/Structured Finance with experience in working on multiple large transactions.
  • You will work across complex mandates and gain a well-rounded expertise that is at the top of its class.
  • Our finance division is a market leading practice that provides legal advice on every aspect of debt capital markets and structured products both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide first-class pragmatic legal advice and solutions to clients.
  • To work with autonomy as well as part of a team.
  • To advise on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
  • To provide input on M&A and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation and compliance.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years PQE in Finance/Capital Markets/Structured Finance.
  • Experience in working on multiple large transactions.
  • Ability to work across complex mandates.
  • Well-rounded expertise in finance law.
