We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the Finance department of a prominent law firm based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and experienced team, working on complex finance law issues, with a focus on debt capital markets and structured finance.
The candidate will advise clients on matters such as securitisations, loan portfolio acquisitions and financings, private credit structures, and fund financing.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting national and international market-leading clients on high-profile financial law matters.
Key Responsibilities- Advising clients on debt capital markets and structured finance matters;
- Supporting national and international market-leading clients on high-profile financial law matters;
- Contributing to business development and managing client relationships.
- NQ-3PQE qualification;
- Strong background in debt capital markets and structured finance advantageous;
- Outstanding academics;
