This is a key role in our business, enabling us to achieve our goals and drive growth.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile debt capital market transactions, collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act for Irish and international issuers, originators, lead managers, arrangers, rating agencies and trustees on complex debt capital market issuances and structured finance matters
  • Contribute to loan portfolio disposals, public market and retained residential mortgage backed securitisations, non-performing loan portfolio securitisations, synthetic securitisations and other complex debt capital market transactions
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' PQE as a debt capital markets lawyer in a corporate law firm or in-house
  • Demonstrable experience working on debt capital markets transactions, with strong academic credentials, analytical, technical and drafting skills, and high levels of commercial and business awareness
