Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Logistics Coordinator position.

About the Role:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing imports licenses, ensuring timely delivery of goods from suppliers, verifying import/export documents for accuracy and compliance, and collaborating with clearance agents to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Verify import/export documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clearance agents to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
  • Manage imports licenses and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics/transportation with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
