Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing insurance business in Ireland. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for insurance inquiries, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Manage all aspects of motor, household, and van insurance, from new business inquiries to policy renewals.
  • Act as a liaison with insurance providers, effectively communicating customer needs and instructions.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on a range of insurance products.
  • Train new team members on processes and products.
  • Process payments for renewals and new business policies.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products is beneficial.
