Senior Leadership Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned senior leadership development professional to drive our talent strategy and build leadership capability.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic leader to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and deliver high-impact leadership development programs to build managerial capability and succession pipelines.
  • Design and implement learning pathways covering leadership development, technical skills, and professional skills.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and managers to embed a culture of continuous feedback, performance coaching, and professional development planning.
  • Foster team collaboration, alignment, and high performance through facilitated team coaching.
  • Design and lead resilience-building programs focused on mindset, adaptability, and overall wellbeing.
  • Establish and maintain data-driven measurement and reporting to track impact and guide future development efforts.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, people-centricity, and operational expertise. You will have a proven track record of shaping and delivering learning and development strategies, ideally in consultancy-driven environments.

You will be a strategic and people-focused leader with a passion for supporting professional growth and building learning organisations. A bachelor's degree in HRM, education, business or related experience is required. 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar lead talent / L&D role is also necessary.
