Leadership Opportunity at a Prestigious Golf Club

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our golf club in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team, leading by example and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the golf club, including food and beverage, human resources and finance.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and food and beverage team to deliver high-quality food and service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellence in their roles.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Be the face of the club for members, providing a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience as General Manager in a golf club or hotel.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A strong understanding of finance and business acumen.
