Business Intelligence Analyst Position

The role of the Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst involves joining a collaborative team dedicated to crafting exceptional customer experiences. This analyst will be instrumental in driving data-driven strategies across various golf venues and luxury tourism brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop actionable insights from golfers at our venues and users of our travel brands by extracting and analysing data from key operational platforms.
  • Uncover visitor behaviour, golf traveller trends, and revenue performance through comprehensive data analysis.
  • Design and implement self-service BI solutions that enable teams to independently access and apply data in their decision-making processes.
  • Create clear, compelling visualisations and executive summaries that effectively communicate insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence is required for this position.
  • Familiarity with golf, tourism, or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience building dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is necessary.
  • Proficient in handling and transforming multi-source datasets is essential.
  • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills are required to turn data into actionable insights.
