We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cost appraisals and apply value management techniques at project outset
  • Support and lead estimating and cost planning activities, developing robust cost plans and budgets
  • Manage and quality-check Bills of Quantities and tender documentation
  • Run procurement processes end-to-end, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, and contract preparation
  • Deliver accurate cost checking, valuations, and monthly cost reports for clients
  • Lead value engineering and lifecycle costing exercises
  • Negotiate and finalise accounts with contractors and stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted client advisor, representing the company at meetings and project stages
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, contributing to their growth and success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • Pre- and post-contract experience in Ireland, ideally with M&E or data centre expertise
  • Excellent technical writing, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Organised, diligent, proactive, and commercially astute
  • Ability to manage projects independently and confidently attend client meetings
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, flexible, and professional approach
