  • A relevant degree such as BSc Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Construction Economics is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor is required.
  • Experience working on data centre development, construction and design from an M&E perspective is highly beneficial.
  • Chartered status or working towards chartership is highly valued.
