Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced R&D structural engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural mechanics and physics, with practical experience in test equipment and software such as FEA, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute structural product testing with precision and accuracy.

  • Create and supervise test plans from material ordering to test completion.

  • Analyse complex data to optimize product performance.

  • Perform structural and thermal analysis using industry-standard tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs from concept to reality.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant EN standards and certification requirements.

  • Present findings and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree (BEng/MEng or equivalent) in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Strong theoretical knowledge of structural mechanics and physics.

  • Practical experience with test equipment and software.

  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Innovative mindset and attention to detail.

  • Full clean driving license and willingness to travel.
