Job Description:

The Training Administrator is a pivotal role within the Aviation Industry's Training Department, situated at our Dublin, Ireland based Training Centre. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Training Centre Manager and Head of Department.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and previous office experience are essential. A valid driver's license and adaptability are also highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing trainee databases through data entry
  • Booking flights and accommodation for trainees and staff
  • Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, and booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Attending School Introduction days in Dublin and abroad
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous office experience and understanding of office procedures
  • Valid driver's license
